This is a new project for me, and one I am very excited about. Southwestern Wisconsin still has an important agricultural heritage, though it is disappearing far too quickly. I am photographing area farmers, particularly dairy farmers, to honor and preserve a difficult, but rewarding way of life. Whenever I spend time with these farmers I come away impressed by their knowledge, intelligence and work ethic. I hope to include audio interviews, and the project is still taking shape at this time
